The auction is being coordinated by Capital City Restaurant Supply. All descriptions & conditions indicated are deem liable, but not guaranteed. Capital City Restaurant Supply is responsible for scheduling inspection and pick up times. The collection & disbursement of all funds, including but not limited to sales tax, buyers fees & payments are sole responsibility of Capital City Restaurant Supply. They are solely responsible to provide Titles, Bill of Sales, and other documents to the buyer with respect to items purchased.
On the auction CCRSUPPLY.AUCTION is solely acting as a marketing agent.

SALES TAX & BUYERS FEE: Bismarck Tax 7%, Buyers Fee 10%
PAYMENT AND PICK UP INFO: Payment can be paid 1. From the link in the emailed bill you will receive if you win 2. Credit Card over the phone to the store 3. In person at the store credit card or cash 4. Cash at the store will be given a small discount. * No personal or business checks. (Cashier Check only) *4% fee for credit cards. *Any transaction over $9,000.00 must be paid for with Cashier Check.
Pick Up: 1 day only. Wednesday; June 30th. By appointment. If you win we will call Tuesday morning and set up your pick up time.
Please Note: The Sellers do not provide transportation or shipping services for buyers to remove their merchandise. All methods of towing or hauling as as all other methods or requirements for the removal and transportation of the equipment, is the sole responsibly of the buyer.
