**USED EQUIPMENT POLICY**

All used equipment sold by Capital City Restaurant Supply (CCRS) is sold **AS IS**, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

CCRS provides a **30-day money-back guarantee** from the date of purchase. If the equipment is returned within 30 days, in substantially the same condition as sold, CCRS will refund the original purchase price.

This guarantee is the buyer's **sole remedy**. CCRS does not provide a repair or replacement warranty on used equipment. After 30 days, the buyer assumes all responsibility for repairs, maintenance, parts, labor, and transportation costs. CCRS will not be responsible for any repair or service expenses after the 30-day period unless otherwise agreed to in writing
